We feel our involvement during all stages of the project development ensures consistency and efficiency during the development and integration of the early design concepts through their implementation into the finished project.

BHFC Design is available to lead the programming efforts and/or to work closely with the Design Team, during the development of the functional and space programs, site plan opportunities, building orientation with consideration for patients, visitors, staff and support services site circulation and flow, facility conceptual floor plans showing adjacencies, circulation and operational flow, input into cost modeling relating to specific behavioral health matters, and regulatory documents such as CON, State and others.

 

We make suggestions to assist the design team and owner with creating the best possible therapeutic environment and the safest possible facility for the patients and staff that will be occupying the space for many years to come.
